How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, Monday to Friday, IST. If it is urgent, say so in the first line.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes, a good deal of our work is cross-border. We overlap with European mornings and Asia-Pacific afternoons comfortably; for North America we hold a fixed overlap window.

Will I speak to a salesperson?

No. There is not one. The first reply comes from an engineer.

Is there a minimum project size?

No. We would rather start with something small and useful than write a large proposal. If a two-week piece of work is what you need, say so.

Do you sign NDAs?

Routinely, and before any detail is shared. Send yours or ask for ours.
