E-commerce & webstores
Online stores that handle the awkward parts properly — stock, pricing, tax, returns — not just the happy path through checkout.
Selling online is easy to start and hard to run. The difficulty is never the product page; it is what happens when stock is wrong, a price should not have applied, an order needs splitting across two warehouses, or a customer returns half of it. We build stores on Shopify where that fits and custom where it does not, and we design the awkward cases in from the start rather than patching them in month six.

Software shaped around how your business already works, instead of a process reshaped around software you had to buy.
Every business has a few processes that are genuinely its own, and those are exactly the ones off-the-shelf software handles worst. The usual result is a spreadsheet that has quietly become critical infrastructure. We replace those with real applications: portals, operations tooling, approval and workflow systems, reporting, customer and partner self-service. Built small first, so you can see whether it is right before it is expensive.

Systems integration
Making the systems you already own talk to each other reliably, so people stop moving data between them by hand.
Most organisations end up with a set of systems chosen at different times for different reasons, each reasonable on its own, and a person in the middle re-keying between them. We build the layer that removes that person from the loop — and, more importantly, design it around what happens on a bad day: the outage, the duplicate, the message that arrives out of order.

Cloud, DevOps & ongoing support
Hosting, deployment and monitoring set up so that shipping a change on a Friday is not an act of courage.
A build that nobody can safely deploy is not finished. We set up the infrastructure and the release path alongside the application rather than after it, and hand over runbooks written for whoever is on call, not for the person who wrote the code. After launch we can stay on a support agreement — response times agreed in writing, not implied.

Applied AI & automation
AI used where it measurably removes manual work, and left out where it would just add risk.
We are pragmatic about AI. It is very good at reading messy documents, drafting first passes, answering questions over your own content, and triaging queues that currently land in somebody's inbox. It is not good at being the system of record. We use it in the first category, keep it firmly out of the second, and use it in our own delivery so that you pay for judgement rather than typing.

Understand
We learn how the business actually works before proposing anything, including the parts people have stopped noticing. You get a written summary of what we heard, so any misunderstanding surfaces now rather than in month three.

Shape and size
Scope, approach, risks and a sizing you can take to a budget holder. Where we cannot size something confidently, we say so and propose the smallest piece of work that would settle it.

Build in the open
Two-week sprints tracked on a board you can see, code in your repository, reviewed pull requests, CI on every branch. A demo every fortnight, and you can change direction between them.

Launch and hand over
A rehearsed go-live with a tested rollback, then documentation and a walkthrough with your team. Afterwards we either step back or stay on support. Both are fine; being hard to replace is not a business model we want.
