What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company, the subject you select and your message. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the site sets no tracking cookies. A single session cookie is used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry on that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share or sell it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a conversation are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to an engagement is kept for as long as the contract and our record-keeping obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on the contact page and we will act within thirty days.

Where it is processed

Our systems run on cloud infrastructure which may process data outside your country of residence. Tell us if that matters for your organisation and we will confirm the specifics for your case.
